We offer two different membership options: fixed weekly slots for therapists who want regular hours, and flexible ad-hoc bookings for therapists who need occasional room use. Therapists with a fixed weekly slot can also make flexible ad-hoc bookings, subject to availability.
We do not offer standalone one-off room hire without joining Bristol Therapy Rooms. Flexible members can make ad-hoc bookings through the online booking system after joining.
Slot Membership
Fixed weekly slots are for practitioners who want the same regular room time each week. Slots must be for at least 3 consecutive hours and are agreed by email. Fixed slots can be arranged around the times you need, subject to room availability.

Standard rooms are Jade, Amber, Rose and Teal. Lilac and Jasmine are quiet loft rooms with no desk and are charged at £1/hour less for weekday fixed-slot bookings.
Monthly fixed-slot invoices are calculated using an average of 4.345 weeks per calendar month.
Preferred fixed-slot periods are:
- 9am – 12pm
- 12.15pm – 3.15pm
- 3.30pm – 6.30pm
- 6.45pm – 9.45pm
Other start and finish times can be agreed if the booking is at least 3 hours long and fits with room availability.
Current Availability
The times below show current gaps for regular fixed weekly slots. This table also provides a guide for when slots are free for ad-hoc bookings. Full availability for ad-hoc bookings is available once you have signed up and have access to the online booking system. If you want to check specific ad-hoc times before you start, please enquire.
You can request any 3 or more hour regular slot within these gaps — you do not need to take the full time shown.
Jasmine is our newest room and has only recently opened, so it currently has more availability than our other rooms. This makes it a particularly good option if you are looking for a regular weekly slot.

Flexible Membership
Flexible membership is for therapists who want to book rooms as and when needed, subject to availability. Flexible bookings are made through the online booking system after onboarding.

Therapists with a fixed weekly slot are also charged at the lower weekday ad-hoc rate for additional bookings: £9/hour in the standard rooms and £8/hour in Lilac or Jasmine. Weekend bookings are £7.50/hour in all rooms.
Setup fee, admin fee and payment
A one-off £30 setup fee applies when joining Bristol Therapy Rooms. This includes the option to be listed on the Yogasara therapy team page with a photo and short bio.
A £5 monthly administration fee applies if no bookings are made in the previous month.
Invoices are issued monthly and paid by direct debit.
