The therapy rooms are located above the Yogasara studio, which offers yoga classes, workshops and teacher trainings. Together with the therapy rooms this gives the building a focus on health, wellbeing and healing.
Car
- The nearest street parking (within a few mins walk) is on Picton Street, York Road and Wellington Avenue with a 3 hour max stay, this is on the meter Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm. It is usually possible to get a parking space on these streets.
- There are usually some free spaces on Arley Hill and Sydenham Road
- The nearest car park that has no limit on the time you can stay is St James Barton (approx. 11 minutes walk away)
Bike
- You may use our secure bike parking in our rear garden if you cycle. Access for this is from Picton Lane through the rear entrance.
Public Transport
- Buses run up and down Stokes Croft / Cheltenham Rd, which is two minutes walk away.
- Montpelier train station is five minutes walk away
